This is my brand to go. I've only used this zinc. I continue to buy this brand because its ingredients are good and up to pair.

This is a superb product on every count. It took me a very long time to find a formula like the one present in this supplement, as I was needing only very specific minerals in very specific doses to complement a particular regimen I am pursuing

The patented Albion chelated minerals are the best, and absorb the best. However, they only have some of the essential minerals you need. Wish they had a full variety of all essential minerals needed on a regular basis. It is very difficult to find a MINERAL ONLY supplement without the vitamins, which are usually in such high doses that its toxic or puts stress on the liver. I love that these are minerals only, but wish they had a full set of essential minerals.

I like how all of the minerals in here are from albion. Great dosages as well and only need to take 1 pill so no complaints from me.
