Quality supplement. This definitely boosts the vitamin d in your blood. When I had mine tested, it was between 63-67 from taking 5000 ius every day. This brand makes good supplements. I have a few they make. There are no side fx with this. I usually take this after I eat breakfast. They're not too big and easy to swallow.

Good size and easy to swallow. Delivery took way too long, had to go to a store to get a competitor brand while waiting for this.

No added ingredients. No stomach upset like I've had with others. Excellent value for the money. I will continue to order. I recommend!
