It not only helps me get to sleep, but it does not have the laxative effect of other magnesium products. I also like that the capsules are small. I have titrated up to five at a time, at bedtime, since I was having some constipation issues, and the increased dosage has made all the difference.

My doctor added magnesium to my nightly regiment. Initially I tried 2 other brands which seemed fine, but this brand is tiny capsules which are easy to swallow, and they seem to be more effective, as I now sleep through the night without waking up. I'm satisfied.
