I have been using this brand of melatonin for years. I love that it tastes good, and that it gives me restful sleep. Since it's a low dose, I don't have side effects like weird dreams (at higher doses, I find that I get unusual and active dreams.) I highly recommend.

Half of one for our toddler = night time candy! We do have half each - mom and dad. Great strawberry taste and works well without being over powering.
